q.beyond ibérica provides digitalization services in Spain and across Europe. We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist – Managed Services to manage and secure Microsoft 365 environments for midmarket clients. The role emphasizes Defender, Entra ID, and Zero Trust in a managed services setting.

Ideal candidates bring several years of MS 365 experience, strong scripting with PowerShell, and a customer-oriented mindset. Flexible work location and ongoing training opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT vocational training or degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Several years of experience operating Microsoft 365 environments, ideally in MSP or large IT organization.
• Very good knowledge of Defender suite, Entra ID/Conditional Access and Zero Trust concepts.

Aufgaben

• Provide and maintain Defender baselines for Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Identity.
• Harden Microsoft 365 tenants according to CIS-aligned levels, with documentation and semi-annual reviews.
• Set up and maintain Conditional Access policy sets in Microsoft Entra ID: MFA, legacy authentication, privileged roles, break-glass accounts and device compliance.
• Implement Identity Protection and Privileged Identity Management as licensed.
• Operate self-services like password reset and recovery keys; monitor service health and generate monthly tenant, licence and security reports.
• Contribute to Intune endpoint management, Azure Virtual Desktop, OneDrive and Exchange Online; propose improvements.
