q.beyond ibérica S.L. is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist – Managed Services to join our Spain-based team. You will operate and harden Microsoft 365 environments, Defender suites, Entra ID and related security controls for our enterprise clients.

The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned service delivery, documentation, PowerShell automation, and close collaboration with customers. Strong English (C1) and a passion for standardisation are essential as you help modernize hybrid identities and cloud

Qualifications

Completed IT vocational training and a degree in computer science or equivalent.
Several years of experience operating Microsoft 365 environments.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Defender endpoints and Entra ID features.
Understanding of hybrid identities and Zero Trust concepts.
Proficient in PowerShell and ITIL-based processes.
Structured working style with strong documentation skills.
Strong customer and service orientation with good English (C1).
Ability to work in a managed services context with incident/change handling.

Responsibilities

Providing and maintaining Defender baselines for Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Identity.
Hardening Microsoft 365 tenants to CIS-aligned security levels with documentation.
Configuring Conditional Access in Microsoft Entra ID and MFA for users.
Implementing Identity Protection and Privileged Identity Management when licensed.
Operating self-services, monitoring, and monthly tenant/security reporting.
Contributing to Intune endpoint management and related services.
Participating in ITIL-based incident, change, problem handling and service reviews.
Automating recurring tasks with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph as needed.
