Job summary

q.beyond ibérica S.L. is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist in Managed Services to design, implement, and maintain Defender baselines across Endpoint, Office 365 and Identity, with CIS-aligned security levels.

You will configure Conditional Access, MFA, and identity protection, automate tasks with PowerShell, and contribute to monthly reporting and documentation in a hybrid Spain-based role offering growth opportunities and flexible work location.

Qualifications

• Completed IT vocational training or degree in computer science
• Several years of experience operating Microsoft 365 environments, ideally in a MSP or larger IT organisation
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender suites and Entra ID
• Understanding of Zero Trust concepts and hybrid identities
• Confident use of PowerShell and ITIL-based processes
• Structured working style with documentation focus and customer orientation
• Fluent English (C1)

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain Defender baselines for Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Identity
• Harden Microsoft 365 tenants to CIS-aligned security levels with documentation and semi-annual reviews
• Set up and maintain Conditional Access in Microsoft Entra ID (MFA, legacy auth, privileged roles, break-glass, device compliance)
• Implement Identity Protection and Privileged Identity Management as licensing allows
• Operate self-services like password reset, monitor Health, provide monthly tenant/licence/security reporting
• Contribute to Intune endpoint management, Azure Virtual Desktop, OneDrive and Exchange Online
• Handle incidents and requests per ITIL 4, perform deviation analyses during new environments or go-lives
• Maintain service documentation and configurations in ITSM; support service reviews
• Automate recurring tasks with PowerShell and Graph; assess new Microsoft features for impact
