Formación

  • 4 años de experiencia en MICE o cadenas hoteleras.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Competencias en Catalán, Español e Inglés.

At Monday, we are looking for a MICE Sales Manager for our Experience department, which is currently in a full expansion process.

What is the position about?

As a MICE Sales Manager, your mission will be to develop and implement the commercial strategy for the acquisition and execution of events that will help maximize revenue across Monday’s 12 assets : 10 in Spain, 1 in Andorra, and 1 in Portugal.

For this position, you will need excellent people skills and a strong commercial drive. You will drive the business with unforgettable events.

What profile are we looking for?

  • 4 years of experience performing similar functions in MICE or hotel chains.
  • Commercial profile, sales orientation, and achievement of KPIs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with both clients and suppliers.
  • A clearly dynamic and creative individual, with a strong motivation to take Monday’s events to the next level
  • Availability to travel. Espanya i Portugal. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
  • Higher degree in hospitality or tourism.
  • Languages : Catalan, Spanish, and English. Complete competencies.
  • Knowledge of the Office package, Excel, and Canva.

What will I do?

  • You will search for and find new business opportunities, aligning yourself with Monday’s commercial strategy. You will define the target of potential clients, analyze market trends, and competitors.
  • You will drive and achieve event sales closures through various types of commercial actions. You will convert a potential client into a real one, meeting KPIs.
  • Annual planning and event coordination. You will develop the annual events calendar, attracting top speakers who generate strong interest and impact in our Monday community
  • Client management. You will collaborate closely with clients through meetings, calls, and / or visits to fully understand the needs of the events.
  • Coordination with the Monday team. You will be present and collaborate with the other teams at Monday and support staff to carry out the execution of the events.
