A leading services supplier in pharmaceuticals seeks a Site Training Coordinator in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will manage training programs to ensure qualifications for field assignments, maintain records, and ensure compliance with GMP standards. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Formación

  • 3–5 years of experience managing training in regulated/Pharmaceutical environments.
  • Strong familiarity with GMP/cGMP compliance and training best practices.
  • Available to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.

We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

  • Site Training Coordinator – Pharmaceutical Industry
    • Responsible for managing and executing a structured, regulated training program to ensure employees are qualified before undertaking field assignments. This includes overseeing theoretical training, on-the-job training (OJT), examinations, and maintaining training records in a digital system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing training in regulated/Pharmaceutical environments.
  • Oversee and administer all pre-field training modules, ensuring participants complete required courses and assessments.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), entering training records, tracking progress, and generating reports.
  • Conduct and verify On-the-Job Training (OJT) to confirm competence and readiness for field deployment.
  • Design, oversee, and administer examinations to validate trainee competence.
  • Maintain audited records of training completion and OJT performance for each employee.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with GMP standards and internal procedures.
  • Strong familiarity with GMP/cGMP compliance and training best practices.
  • Must be fully bilingual (English / Spanish) with excellent oral skills.
  • Available to work extended hours, possibility of weekends and holidays.
