IT8 is a global engineering services company seeking a Country Manager to lead all technical operations across Mexico. This is a hands-on leadership role (part technical program management, part regional general management) reporting directly to the CEO.

The person may initially reside in Valencia (Spain) and, after one year, must be available to reside in Mexico. The mission is to lead and develop the local entity to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability by aligning market

Formación

University degree in Business or Engineering.
8 years of leadership experience.
2+ years in a technical or commercial role within automotive or manufacturing.
Experience with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and automation integrators.
Ability to attract and engage high-quality talent and external providers.
Experience building talent pipelines for critical roles.

Responsabilidades

Direct and coordinate all country operations.
Develop and implement growth strategies.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Analyze market trends and competition.
Ensure staffing with top internal and external resources, on time and compliant.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Provide performance reporting to senior management.
Serve as primary local representative for the company.
Ensure IMS System process compliance.
