Formación

  • Titulación en formación profesional técnica en mecánica o metrología.
  • 2 años de experiencia en un papel similar en ambiente industrial.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de SPC y R&R.

Responsabilidades

  • Programar máquinas de medición de coordenadas 3D (CMM) para piezas y calibradores.
  • Crear informes dimensionales (PDF y Excel) y análisis de SPC.
  • Analizar partes durante lanzamientos de proyectos y puesta en marcha de producción.

Conocimientos

Conocimientos avanzados de software de metrología
Proficiencia en máquinas de medición 3D (CMM)
Conocimientos de control estadístico de procesos (SPC)
Capacidad de comunicación sólida

Educación

Formación Profesional en un campo técnico (Mecánico, Metrología)

DOGA is a growing multinational company with over 60 years of experience in the development of customized projects for various industrial sectors. With a strong focus on R&D, we established ourselves as a key player in the creation of advanced solutions by combining electronic and mechanical engineering .

We design and manufacture our own products , which allows the company to maintain full control over quality and innovation. With a global presence , we have subsidiaries in Italy, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, India, Morocco and Japan, and distributes its products to over 70 countries.

We are looking for a Metrology Technician , to join our Quality team, in charge ofensuring the dimensional compliance of components and assemblies from both suppliers and internal production.

ESSENTIAL TASKS

  • Program 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for parts and gauges.
  • Perform dimensional measurements and testing for supplier and customer samples.
  • Analyze parts during project launches and production start-up.
  • Create dimensional reports (PDF and Excel), R&R studies, and SPC analysis.
  • Provide support to production plants (DMP, DNA, ADP) and tooling departments.
  • Manage measurement protocols and handle technical communication with clients and suppliers.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher) in a technical field (e.g. mechanical manufacturing, metrology).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of metrology software (e.g., Metrolog, PC-DMIS).
  • Proficiency with 3D measuring machines (CMM).
  • Strong Spanish language skills; intermediate level of English (reading technical documentation).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to write clear technical reports and follow measurement procedures.
  • Knowledge of SAP and document management tools (e.g., OnBase).
  • Ability to support tooling and production teams with quality-related adjustments.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with suppliers and customers.
  • Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and repeatability & reproducibility (R&R) analysis.
