Schneider Electric is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to manage the development, validation and industrialization of stamping dies and tooling, ensuring robust manufacturing processes and timely delivery. You will collaborate with Product Design, define technical requirements, evaluate suppliers and lead tool validation across Europe, with travel primarily in Europe.

Fluent English and a degree in Mechanical Engineering are required; willingness to travel within Europe is expected.

Formación

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of metal stamping, forming processes and die design.
• Understanding of manufacturing and industrialization processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to travel mainly within Europe and occasionally outside Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Design teams on metal component manufacturability.
• Define stamping and tooling technical requirements.
• Prepare die and tooling specifications for suppliers.
• Evaluate suppliers and review technical quotations.
• Follow stamping die manufacturing at suppliers.
• Lead validation tool activities at suppliers.
• Support try-outs, process optimization and industrial implementation.
• Maintain technical records and project tracking.
