Your Responsibilities Include

• Project management of facilities across various assets such as logistics, residential, hotels, offices, and industrial.
• Project monitoring, technical due diligence, control, supervision, and audits.
• Knowledge of facility design and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification or a Master’s degree related to Project and Construction Management or similar.
• At least 5 years of industry experience; 10 years of general experience preferred, including at least one project with a €15M budget.
• Proficiency with MEP Design Software.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, AutoCAD.
• Driver’s license B.
