Bryden Wood is seeking a Building Services (MEP) BIM Modeler to join our expanding team in Barcelona. You will develop 3D models, create parametric families, and integrate multi-disciplinary data for coordinated, construction-ready BIM deliverables.

Collaborate with architects, engineers and clients across Europe on large-scale data centre and industrial projects. The role requires Revit proficiency, knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s in engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Electrical and/or Mechanical building engineering knowledge.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience on UK and/or Spain construction projects.
• BIM 360/ACC experience is a plus.
• Understanding of M&E schematics.
• Ability to use Dynamo scripts to automate delivery.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Building Services (MEP) BIM Modeler with technical and digital skills, to join our expanding team in Barcelona. We are looking for professionals with diverse experience levels to contribute to our dynamic, international global strategy and design consultancy. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop innovative and complex designs. Your experience and expertise will play a pivotal role in driving project success through direct client engagement, fostering collaboration, and delivering efficient, high-quality solutions. As a key member of our BIM team, you will drive the development of 3D models and parametric families across our European Data Centre portfolio. You will be responsible for generating precise layouts and integrating multi-disciplinary data to ensure the delivery of fully coordinated construction-ready BIM models.

WHAT WE NEED

• Diploma/Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering or relevant studies.
• Must have: Proficiency in using Autodesk Revit.
