Bryden Wood busca un Modelador BIM de Servicios de Construcción (MEP) para unirse a su equipo en Barcelona y trabajar en proyectos de gran escala para clientes globales. Se valoran perfiles con experiencia en Revit y conocimiento de instalaciones eléctricas y mecánicas.

El/la candidato/a ideal trabajará de forma colaborativa con arquitectos, ingenieros y clientes para generar modelos 3D coordinados y entregar soluciones de alto rendimiento en entornos internacionales, con modalidad híbrida y

Formación

• Títulación en ingeniería o estudios afines.
• Dominio de Revit para modelado BIM.
• Conocimientos eléctricos y/o mecánicos en edificios.
• Fluidez profesional en español e inglés.
• Experiencia en proyectos de construcción en Reino Unido y/o España.
• Conocimientos de BIM 360/ACC y automatización con Dynamo.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar modelos 3D y familias paramétricas para portafolios de data centers europeos.
• Crear diseños precisos y modelos BIM coordinados entre disciplinas.
• Colaborar con arquitectos, ingenieros y clientes para entregar soluciones eficientes y de alta calidad.

We are looking for a Building Services (MEP) BIM Modeler to join our expanding team in Barcelona. We are looking for professionals with diverse experience levels to contribute to our dynamic, international global strategy and design consultancy. THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Building Services (MEP) BIM Modeler with technical and digital skills, to join our expanding team in Barcelona. We are looking for professionals with diverse experience levels to contribute to our dynamic, international global strategy and design consultancy.

As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop innovative and complex designs. Your experience and expertise will play a pivotal role in driving project success through direct client engagement, fostering collaboration, and delivering efficient, high-quality solutions.

As a key member of our BIM team, you will drive the development of 3D models and parametric families across our European Data Centre portfolio. You will be responsible for generating precise layouts and integrating multi-disciplinary data to ensure the delivery of fully coordinated construction-ready BIM models.

WHAT WE NEED

• Diploma/Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or relevant studies.
• Must have: Proficiency in using Autodesk Revit.
• Must have: Electrical and/or Mechanical building engineering knowledge.
• Must have: Full professional fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Must have: Experience in working on construction projects in the UK and/or Spain.
• Beneficial Skills: Delivering projects within BIM 360/ACC.
• Beneficial Skills: Understanding Mechanical & Electrical Schematics
• Beneficial Skills: Utilising Dynamo scripts and/or plug-ins to automate delivery on projects.
