Dubai Fashion Opportunity – Gen Z Menswear Designers

Join a fast-growing, idea-driven team in Dubai that's redefining fast fashion with bold creativity and a global perspective. This is a full-time, on-site role — relocation or Dubai residency is required.

We're looking for bold, fresh-thinking menswear designers with a strong Gen Z handwriting and 3–5 years of fashion design experience. If you bring originality, a sharp eye for trends, and the confidence to own your creative space — this could be your next big move.

About the Role

You'll work closely with brand leaders to create seasonal, trend-led menswear collections . The team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and fast-paced execution — with no egos, just great ideas and even better follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Design on-trend seasonal menswear collections
• Conduct and apply trend research to create commercially strong designs
• Develop CADs, tech packs, and detailed production specs
• Work cross-functionally with buying, merchandising, and production teams
• React fast to emerging trends with agile design turnarounds
• Use sales and customer feedback to guide future collection development
• Stay on top of market and competitor activity

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in fashion
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Exceptional trend instincts and menswear styling sensibility
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives under tight deadlines
• Passionate about fashion, social media, and customer-first design thinking
