Formación

    We’re looking for a motivated, autonomous candidate to support the subscribers of the EcoVadis network, both individually and at scale, to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, revenue, and perceived value.

    Duties include (but are not limited to):

    Market management and development:

    • Manage our existing market, mainly with Italian and Spanish clients, with the aim of maximizing revenue, driving upsell and upgrades, improving customer experience, and promoting sustainability improvements.
    • Identify upsell/upgrade opportunities and contact customers via phone, email, or webinars.
    • Use available data to drive targeted actions to achieve objectives.

    Improve and implement:

    Develop content to enhance perceived value at scale, such as hosting webinars to target specific customer groups and drive interest in our solutions, including upselling, and follow up on revenue generated.

    Communicate:

    • Coordinate with frontline teams to explore further upsell opportunities and ensure content related to upselling and value perception is effective.
    • Communicate value to customers regarding regional initiatives.
    • Track and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and results to stakeholders.
    • Prepare technical reports on accounts/market status by analyzing complex information and trends concisely.
    • Share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned with global colleagues.
    • Escalate feedback to relevant business units to improve processes, products, and customer experience.

    Be proactive:

    • Suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
    • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
    • Find additional revenue opportunities within the rated company offerings.
    • Represent the voice of the customer within EcoVadis.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Business Development or SDR.
    • Experience in sales or upselling/inside sales, with comfort in proactive outreach.
    • Ability to handle dissatisfied customers effectively.
    • Data interpretation skills to identify actionable insights.
    • Fluent in Italian and Spanish.
    • Strong presentation skills for large groups.
    • Team player, autonomous, and proactive.
    • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce (preferred).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Enthusiasm and motivation to improve customer experience.
    • Proactive in suggesting and implementing improvements.
