Navy Federal is seeking a part-time member service representative to join their team in Rota, Spain. The role involves assisting members with various banking functions, analyzing account issues, and providing product information. Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to engage in specialized training as needed.
To provide members and prospective members with the full range of products and services offered by Navy Federal Credit Union, including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificates, IRAs, revocable trusts, and estate accounts; lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision and provide assistance/training to lower-level team members.

Hours: Available Monday through Saturday, based on business needs. Part-time hours are typically 20-25 hours per week. Longer hours may be required during training.
