We’re seeking a customer-centric and highly motivated events professional to join our Operations team and lead all engagement initiatives for our Community. You will be responsible for executing the Community Engagement Strategy, including engagement initiatives and events, while ensuring our event production is consistently top-rated.

How will your day to day be like?

Engagement initiatives & Events

We want to make sure our members want to come to our spaces every day and for that you’ll be in charge of:

1. Implement the Community Engagement Strategy across all Aticco locations (currently: Barcelona, Madrid, and Valencia) to achieve our OKRs.
2. Take ownership and lead our WOW initiatives, including our annual Ski and Surf trips, parties, and upcoming events aligned with our ambitious growth plan.
3. Coordinate our weekly activities program with the events team, covering a wide range of experiences such as wellness, networking, gastronomy, social events, and more.
4. Create and coordinate global initiatives such as Christmas, Women’s Day, Pride, Carnival, and other local traditions depending on the location.
5. Lead the communication strategy for these initiatives in collaboration with our Marketing team.

Events Excellence Ambassador

As we continue to grow, we need to ensure that the service we provide in event production remains top-rated. To achieve this, you will take the lead on:

1. Training new team members during the onboarding process for the events team
2. Creating and maintaining up-to-date event service offerings
3. Ensuring event production is executed in line with established standards
4. Overseeing compliance with event-related processes
5. Leading the use and development of internal communication tools within the events team
6. Acting as a point of reference for events and collaborating on the evaluation and continuous improvement of the team

We are a dream team and we love face-to-face teamwork! However, we like keeping a good work-life balance, that’s why on Fridays we can do our halftime working day from home.

All our buildings have rooftops or terraces where we have our breaks and get inspired outdoors... even a swimming pool to finish off a day of work!
