Job Description

We’re looking for passionate, driven and fast waiters to join us at Mutua Madrid Open from 21st of April to 4th of May. A role with DO & CO at the Mutua Madrid Open isn’t just a job, it’s a way of life. It’s a fast-paced, hardworking, experience-making, team bonding, rollercoaster of a role. Somewhere that you can let the inner host inside you run wild – we create memories for our guests. We are obsessed with delivering service that exceeds expectations; we’re not one step ahead to anticipate needs, we’re three and counting. This is what we need from every single one of our crew!

A day as our Waiter :

• Leading a large section or space in one of our luxury events
• Ensuring you and your team have the highest standards of personal presentation
• Hosting our VIP guests and serving our renowned food and beverage offering
• Setting up the operation to the luxury setting which we welcome the guests to
• Working in a busy, fast-paced environment where quality comes first

Qualifications

• Passion for your role – we want to see that everyone is happy in their roles!
• Team player! You won’t be able to achieve success without this!
• Adaptable and flexible – both on the events and off. When it comes to working in events, things change at any point!
• Experience working in high volume environments – don’t be intimidated, it’s busy, but wow is it fun!
• Energetic and charismatic personality – we want to see presence on a restaurant floor, a Maitre’d style approach
• Pride in your work – a desire to create memorable guest experiences
