The Cluster Group, M&E Trainee role

You will be sales driven, passionate, and thrive off working with a team of talented individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Key Responsibilities of the Cluster Group, M&E Trainee

1. Ensure all enquiries are answered to RHG standard within the agreed time frame, where all aspects of the client and guest experience are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring company standards are attained and adhered to.
2. Complete the agreed enquiry process through to signed contract stage, ensuring that all RHG tools are used to maximise conversion and sales opportunities.
3. Participate in the conversion of inbound and outbound enquiries (where applicable) across all platforms. Contribute to a sales-hungry culture within the team to capture all available opportunities for the Radisson Hotel Group. Proactively look for new opportunities and cross-sell at all times.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
5. Develop and build your skills, knowledge, and experience at every opportunity within the meetings & events department, which aligns with the culture of growth, development, and performance expected by the company.

1. Proven experience in meetings and events.
2. Ability to adapt to changing service environments.
3. Good at building strong relationships with existing clients and accounts.
4. Creativity to produce a pro-active sales culture environment.
5. Pro-active with a hands-on approach.
6. Passion for the hospitality industry.
7. Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered.
8. Fluent in English and/or French and Spanish.
