As of November 2019, they operate in 74 countries with over 5,000 stores under various brands, employing 126,000 full-time staff. They are now seeking customer support representatives!

The Role

You will make outbound calls to book B2B meetings for an insurance or green transition provider, depending on the project. Over time, you will build your own customer portfolio and engage in repeat sales. Experience with high-volume outbound calls is advantageous but not required.

You will receive training and support to assist customers effectively, achieve success, and reach your goals. This role is a great starting point for your career and offers future relocation opportunities to Bali.

Ideal Profile

• You speak Danish at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
• Experience in customer support and sales is a plus.
• You have good computer skills.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and can research and identify accurate information.
• You have experience and passion for online display advertising.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
