Meeting Air Coordinator (Remote)

Full time, Spain, United Kingdom, France

In this role, you will be responsible for booking and/or ticketing airline reservations as requested by our program participants and assigned group programs. You will provide guidance to clients on our services, qualify all meeting requests, support services to event managers and Meeting Planners, and assist as needed to ensure the successful completion of meetings and events.

As a Meeting Air Coordinator, you will:
  • Serve as the main contact within the operations team for all participant services related to an event
  • Support online registration via CVENT with bookings via Concur
  • Use the appropriate BCD tools, GDS, and systems to complete requests
  • Demonstrate knowledge of airline supplier rules, including airline contracts held by the client or BCD
  • Complete assigned work to meet SLAs on all accounts
  • Work within customer budgetary guidelines and advise Attendee Services Coordinator of concerns
  • Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed
About You
  • Travel agency experience with GDS Sabre knowledge
  • Meeting air coordination experience
  • Experience working in a team environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French or German is a plus
  • Working knowledge of database systems is a plus
