Boston Scientific is seeking a proactive intern to join the EMEA Medical Education team in Madrid. You will support the coordination, administration and execution of training programs and digital learning in a fast-paced MedTech environment.

The role involves organizing both face-to-face and virtual trainings, assisting with LMS tasks, tracking KPIs, and contributing to documentation and reporting. Fluency in English and Spanish, plus strong organizational skills, are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Educational Technology, Event Management or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Structured, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in healthcare or medical devices.
• Experience with event organization is a plus.
• Basic understanding of LMS or digital learning platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administrate training programs and digital learning activities.
• Assist with face-to-face and virtual training events logistics.
• Support LMS administration tasks and content uploads.
• Maintain participant databases and attendance tracking.
• Prepare visa letters and certificates of attendance.
• Assist with post-event surveys and KPI data entry.
• Support translation and approval workflows for training materials.
• Update training calendars and provide KPI reporting.
• Coordinate webinar logistics and attendee follow-up.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting processes.
