Boston Scientific seeks a highly organized graduate to join the Commercial Learning & Development team in Madrid, Spain. You will support digital learning activities, course creation, and training operations while coordinating across product, marketing, medical education, and sales teams.

You’ll gain exposure to learning platforms, stakeholder management, and reporting in a fast-paced medical device environment, with a July 2026 start date.

Formación

• A recent graduate in Digital Learning, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Good attention to detail and confidence working with data, task lists and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, LMS and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and manage digital learning activities across learning platforms.
• Support design and build of commercial enablement courses and AI-enabled coaching.
• Coordinate training communications across the campaign lifecycle.
• Organise live and virtual learning sessions and logistics.
• Monitor learner progress and prepare reports on participation and feedback.
• Support localisation of learning materials and translation workflows.
