Medium Back-End Developer

As a Medium Back-End Developer, you will collaborate on software development projects using Agile techniques. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for our applications. We need someone like you to assist us on various fronts:

1. Participation in the development of backend solutions for our products and applications.
2. Actively work on optimizing and improving the efficiency of software development processes.
3. Ensure the quality of software in both maintenance and new development.
4. Implement software quality and security controls.
5. Collaborate in executing Agile methodologies in product development.

Experience

> 5 years of experience with the required technologies and tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills and Knowledge

Essential:

• Java (8 and 11, deep understanding of Java core) with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud Stream.
• Framework testing: JUnit, Mockito, Postman.
• Kafka (Event-Driven Architecture).
• Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Continuous Integration tools: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube.
• Web application servers/containers: WebSphere and OpenShift.
• Fluent in English (B2, C1 level).
• Microservices architecture.

Nice to have:

• APIs (REST, SOAP, OpenAPI), software design patterns.
• Python programming language.
• Control-M tool.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Fluent in Spanish (native or B2, C1 level).
• Reactive programming.
• Knowledge of financial products and core confirmation processes.
