Work on observability and be a key part of chain monitoring within NN! Do you have the motivation and perseverance to apply your Java, Python, AWS, and Splunk knowledge within our observability environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

What you will do

You will build, maintain, and coach others on our observability tools like Splunk and ITSI. Collaborate with your observability colleagues to set up dashboards, ensure data quality, and coach users on effective utilization within their business units.

Additional responsibilities

  • Actively discuss desired functionalities with users
  • Implement new functionalities
  • Monitor quality and integrate your product into existing facilities
  • Work in a team and support your colleagues as a backup

Who you are

You communicate clearly and explain effectively, helping to onboard and advise users. You empathize and understand what information is needed to assist others, acting as a team ambassador. You collaborate actively for optimal service and motivate colleagues to excel together.

You are curious with good conceptual thinking. Ideally, you have :

  • A passion for IT
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience with Splunk Cloud Enterprise
  • Knowledge of Splunk ITSI is a plus
  • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure and Cloud (AWS / Azure)
  • Fluent in English, as the role involves working in an international environment

You will join an 8-member Observability team, each skilled and engaged with the latest developments. The team works on the Splunk platform and collaborates closely with other technical engineers, fostering a knowledge-sharing environment.
