A TAG HEUER DEPUTY BOUTIQUE MANAGER IS...

A PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN SALES EXPERT

  1. Plays an active role in the boutique, increasing sales, contributing to the overall turnover, and supporting the team in achieving global objectives.
  2. Analyzes retail KPIs, identifies growth opportunities, implements comprehensive action plans, and ensures follow-up and feedback sharing.
  3. Stays updated on the watch industry and local market competition, anticipating business needs and leveraging local opportunities.
  4. Assumes full responsibility for the boutique's performance in the absence of the Boutique Manager.

A TEAM LEADER

  1. Motivates and fosters cohesion within the team to achieve boutique goals.
  2. Serves as a communication link between the team and management, acting as an interface when necessary.
  3. Maintains a strong presence on the shop floor to support, coach, and develop team members, providing regular feedback.
  4. Promotes a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment aligned with group values.
  5. Supports the onboarding process for new team members.

A TAG HEUER AMBASSADOR

  1. Ensures outstanding customer service and trains the team on client experience excellence.
  2. Embodies the Tag Heuer brand DNA and acts as a passionate brand ambassador during in-store and external events.
  3. Defines grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising standards in line with luxury brand guidelines.

A CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

  1. Leads team efforts to develop long-term client relationships.
  2. Implements clienteling strategies, including outreach, appointments, and follow-up sales.
  3. Collects and leverages qualitative client data to personalize communication and grow the business.
  4. Plans and participates in brand-aligned events.

AN OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE SUPERVISOR

  1. Oversees boutique operations, including inventory, cash management, security, and opening/closing procedures, with autonomy.
  2. Ensures compliance with internal controls and policies.
  3. Supervises store expenses and maintenance, proactively seeking process improvements.

HARD SKILLS

  1. Management experience in luxury retail environments.
  2. Mastery of selling skills and sales KPIs.
  3. Knowledge of Brand DNA, history, and collections.

  1. Creative, results-oriented business driver.
