Air Liquide Healthcare recherche un Médecin Pneumologue à Sant Adrià de Besòs pour gérer et développer la thérapie respiratoire à domicile. Ce rôle exige une expertise en médecine respiratoire et se concentre sur l'amélioration de la qualité de vie des patients. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme de médecine et une expérience en pneumologie, avec une approche proactive pour proposer des améliorations.

Formación

  • Diplôme de Médecine avec stage ou expérience professionnelle.
  • Expérience en médecine respiratoire / pneumologie requise.

Responsabilidades

  • Assurer des processus de soin de haute qualité selon les normes VitalAire.
  • Promouvoir des programmes d'éducation à la santé pour le personnel et les patients.
  • Collaborer sur des recherches cliniques et épidémiologiques.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The main mission of this role is to promote and preserve patient health through the management and development of respiratory therapy at home, coordinating with the Responsible Care Person of the Delegation.

The responsibilities include :

  • Ensuring high-quality care processes according to VitalAire standards.
  • Promoting health protection and promotion through interdepartmental plans.
  • Introducing new technologies and proposing scientific or research programs.
  • Providing innovative solutions to improve patients' quality of life.
  • Implementing health education programs for staff, patients, caregivers, and families.
  • Coordinating new processes for home respiratory therapy follow-up with pulmonology services.
  • Assessing and promoting continuous improvement in staff skills and patient quality of life.
  • Collaborating on clinical and epidemiological research, patient follow-up, and rehabilitation programs.

The requirements are :

  • Completed Medical Degree with internship or professional experience.
  • Experience in respiratory medicine / neumology.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and willing to propose improvements.
