A leading company in healthcare services is seeking a Medical Services Specialist to manage customer inquiries and provide product information. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Swedish and Finnish and have previous call center experience. The position offers a permanent contract, medical insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
A customer-focused individual who serves as the primary resource for customers contacting the Information Center regarding products. The Medical Services Specialist utilizes healthcare experience and product/disease state training to effectively communicate specific product and/or disease state information via telephone, email, and written communication. The variety of subjects handled is extensive (e.g., product information, pricing, patient education materials, product quality complaints, adverse experiences, and more).
The Medical Services Specialist employs excellent communication and organizational skills while working independently in a call center environment. They must be able to build rapport with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining relationships while responding to inquiries.
Additionally, the Medical Services Specialist may contribute to outbound initiatives, making contact with customers to deliver specific product messages.
