The company offers products, testing services, and digital healthcare solutions throughout the transplant patient journey, and is the leading provider of genomics-based information for transplant patients.

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will leverage their background in transplant patient care and laboratory testing to educate physicians and transplant coordinators about the clinical value of the AlloSeq cfDNA test as a non-invasive method to monitor transplant recipients for organ rejection. The MSL should be familiar with current best practices in post-transplant management and will explain how these diagnostic tests benefit patient care. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the MSL will operate from a home-based office in Southern Europe, ideally in France, Spain, or Italy. Significant travel to transplant clinics affiliated with teaching hospitals in the region is required.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate and reinforce the clinical utility of AlloSeq -cfDNA
  • Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders in transplantation
  • Analyze, interpret, and clarify AlloSeq -cfDNA test results alongside other clinical data
  • Provide on-site clinical support at transplant centers through presentations, data reviews, and clinician queries
  • Support product adoption and expansion as a primary clinical resource for the Commercial team
  • Assist in defining unmet needs, performance requirements, and launch plans for new products
  • Support customer service inquiries and complaints
  • Participate in Medical Advisory Board and Clinical Workshop meetings with KOLs
  • Represent the company at clinical and scientific meetings
  • Act as a clinical liaison to payers and insurance groups
  • Support clinical operations and field support for CareDx-sponsored trials

Qualifications :

  • Healthcare professionals with relevant clinical sciences knowledge in organ transplantation (preferably kidney and heart), such as PharmD, PhD, or MD
  • Prior experience as an MSL or introducing new clinical laboratory tests is highly preferred
  • Strong oral presentation skills with supporting portfolio
  • Publication record
  • Ability to explain and interpret AlloSeq -cfDNA results within clinical scenarios
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with clinicians and internal teams
  • Knowledge of molecular biology and immunology is helpful
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Professional licensure in good standing if applicable
