Formación

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als MSL, vorzugsweise im Bereich CNS.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our best-in-class, high-performance team focusing on Central Nervous System (CNS) therapeutics. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an MSL.

Area to cover : Aragón, Basque Country, Navarra and La Rioja. We will consider applicants living in that area.

The opportunity

The MSL will serve as the scientific bridge between our company and key external stakeholders, providing non-promotional scientific support and maintaining high standards of medical, scientific, and technical expertise. This role is critical in developing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting clinical research initiatives, and contributing to the company's medical strategy.

How you’ll spend your day

1. Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and HCPs in the CNS field.

2. Provide scientific support and education to external stakeholders on current portfolio and emerging research.

3. Collaborate on clinical development initiatives, including site identification and trial recruitment.

4. Gather and communicate clinical insights to inform medical strategy.

5. Support medical education activities, advisory boards, and speaker development programs.

6. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacovigilance requirements.

7. Represent the company at key national scientific congresses.

8. Contribute to the development of scientific presentations and materials.

9. Collaborate with internal teams to support product and educational needs.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a medical or scientific field (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MSL, preferably in CNS therapeutic area.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information to various audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of compliance regulations and the ability to work within ethical guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50-75% of the time.

The successful candidate will be a key player in our best-in-class MSL team, contributing to the advancement of CNS therapies and patient care through scientific excellence and strategic stakeholder engagement.
