We are looking for Medical Science Liaisons in Madrid to join an exciting project in the Neurological Therapeutic Area!

Are you an experienced MSL passionate about science and innovation in healthcare? Do you have a strong background in medical affairs and want to be part of a project with real impact in the field of demyelinating diseases? If so, this could be your next career move!

At Inizio Engage, we are seeking top talent to join a leading pharmaceutical company on a groundbreaking project focused on treatments in neurology.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Deploy a medical national operational plan and identify key actions / projects aligned with the global medical strategy and company medical teams.
• Be recognized as the drug expert in your therapeutic area, both internally and by the scientific community.
• Master knowledge of the scientific and clinical medical environment in the region and the network of clinical and scientific experts.
• Establish scientific dialogue with experts based on clinical data for the product and pathology.
• Build lasting relationships with opinion leaders, learned societies, patient associations, and cooperative groups to be seen as a reliable scientific partner.
• Engage KOLs in scientific advisory boards.
• Participate in congresses and organize symposia with global medical teams.
• Manage and follow up on clinical trials / RWD.
• Identify clinical data needs to support medical communication of the drug.
• Collect insights and share them with the MSL lead.
• Fill CRM to evaluate time in the field, HCP engagement, and insights.
• Train and inform Product Specialists.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.

What are we looking for?

• PhD or Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, or Bioscience).
• At least 3 years of experience as an MSL, preferably in neurology, multiple sclerosis, or autoimmune / inflammatory diseases.
• Strong background in medical affairs and product launches is a plus.
• High level of English (C1-C2).
• Strong digital skills for webinars, online advisory boards, and virtual training.
• Strategic mindset, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.
• Availability to travel locally.
