Our client, Beckman Coulter, is expanding its European Medical Affairs team and seeking a scientifically driven Medical Science Liaison (MSL) (gn) to support efforts in neurodegenerative diseases.

Position: MSL (gn) Spain & Portugal – Diagnostics, Neurodegenerative Diseases

Location: Based in Spain, remote

Responsibilities:

1. Scientific Expertise: Serve as a scientific expert on neurodegenerative diseases and biomarker diagnostics.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and facilitate peer-to-peer exchange with neurologists, geriatricians, and diagnostic stakeholders.
3. Education & Representation: Educate healthcare and lab professionals on the evolving role of biomarkers in diagnosis and patient management, and represent the company at key scientific congresses and diagnostic meetings.
4. Insight Generation: Gather and share field insights to inform medical strategy, education, and evidence generation.

Requirements:

1. Education: Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, NP, PA, MSN).
2. Experience: Experience as MSL, clinical educator, or diagnostic liaison preferred.
3. Scientific Background: Strong background in neurology, diagnostics, neurodegenerative diseases, or laboratory medicine.
4. Biomarker Knowledge: Deep understanding of biomarkers, diagnostic pathways, and clinical guidelines.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
