A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking dynamic Medical Sales Representatives specializing in biosimilars to promote products within Rheumatology and Traumatology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of biosimilars and extensive experience in medical sales, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in patient care while working within a motivated and innovative team.

Formación

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in Rheumatology and Traumatology.
  • Deep understanding of biosimilar products and their clinical applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Spain.

Job Summary :

Dr.Reddy's is seeking dynamic Medical Sales Representatives - Biosimilars who will be responsible for promoting biosimilar products to physicians within the fields of Rheumatology and Traumatology. This role requires a deep understanding of biosimilar products, their benefits, and their applications in treating rheumatic and traumatic conditions. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with the specialists in the target area, ensuring they are well-informed about the latest advancements and benefits of biosimilar products and be aware of the specificities of the products in Dr Reddy’s portfolio.

Incumbents will preferably be based in Barcelona, Bais Basco, Navarra, Cantabria, Asturias and Madrid area

Key Responsibilities :

1. Product Promotion :

  • Promote biosimilar products to rheumatologists, traumatologists, and other physician in the target.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to the physicians.

2. Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in scope.
  • Provide ongoing support and information to the physicians in scope regarding biosimilar products.
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops.

3. Market Analysis and Reporting :

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the fields of Rheumatology and Traumatology.
  • Provide regular reports on promotion activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.

4. Educational Support :

  • Educate physicians on the benefits and proper use of biosimilar products.
  • Provide scientific and technical information to support the safe and effective use of biosimilars.
  • Assist in the development of educational materials and programs for physicians.

5. Compliance and Ethics :

  • Ensure all activities comply with local, national, and international regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Education : Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., PhD) is a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the fields of Rheumatology and Traumatology.

  • Deep understanding of biosimilar products, their regulatory environment, and their clinical applications.

Skills :

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Additional Requirements :

  • Willingness to travel extensively within Spain.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
