About TMC

Telemedicine Clinic (TMC), a Unilabs company, is Europe’s leading teleradiology provider. Founded in 2002, TMC pioneered teleradiology services in Europe and has become a vital partner for over 150 radiology departments across the UK, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. Our team of approximately 350 specialised radiologists reports over 930,000 cases annually, positively impacting patients and hospital staff.

The Opportunity

Due to rapid growth, we are expanding our international Recruitment Team with a Medical Recruiter for the UK market.

We seek an experienced Medical Recruiter to join our high-energy team and help achieve ambitious radiologist recruitment goals. The focus is on our UK market, covering European doctors eligible to work in the UK.

Since our recruitment and onboarding process is unique and the profiles we seek are very niche, this is a great opportunity for a motivated professional with a sales mindset and ambition to grow.

In addition to medical recruitment, you will participate in employer branding activities and congress organisation.

The position is based in Barcelona, Spain, with a hybrid working model. Regular travel is required to attend meetings in Copenhagen or Reading and to participate in radiology congresses across Europe.

Your role as a Medical Recruiter is to attract top talent to TMC. Creativity is highly valued, and your ideas will contribute to a dynamic and innovative team. You will also be involved in employer branding and ensuring a smooth, high-rated recruitment process.

We value quality and encourage trying new approaches, learning from experiences, and continuously improving.

Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing: Conduct candidate searches through headhunting, cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job postings, and ATS searches to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  2. Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, serve as the first contact for candidates, provide detailed information about TMC, answer questions, and maintain candidate data in our ATS, Jobvite.
  3. Congress Participation: Stay updated on industry congresses, organise TMC's participation, and manage post-conference activities.
  4. Employer Branding: Contribute to advertising, social media, and branding initiatives to promote TMC as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, either agency or in-house; medical recruitment experience is a strong plus.
  • University degree is required; a background in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Advanced written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Role-Based Competencies

  • Independent, proactive, resourceful—able to work with minimal guidance, generate leads, overcome obstacles, and innovate.
  • Team-oriented—collaborative and cooperative within the recruitment team.
  • Organized and proactive—skilled in planning, executing activities, meeting deadlines, and multitasking.
  • Problem solver—able to take ownership of tasks and projects with support when needed.
  • Excellent communication—clear thinker with appropriate vocabulary and style for diverse audiences, including senior candidates and external providers.
