A leading pharmaceutical company in Madrid is seeking a Medical Omnichannel Specialist to optimize engagement with healthcare professionals. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English are essential. This is a temporary, part-time position from Monday to Friday.

The International Medical Communications & Content (IMCC) team is part of the Medical Enablement & Quality (MEQ) structure within the Global R&D organization. The team drives local Medical Channel Content strategy across Oncology, Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Vaccines portfolios within our International Division. They collaborate closely with Global & US Medical Channel Content Teams and other cross-functional partners to develop and disseminate ex-US medical content via publications, congresses, medical interactions, digital channels, and other prioritized internal and external medical channels.

The Medical Omnichannel Specialist will support the Spain MCC team to execute end-to-end medical channel activities across therapeutic areas and Pfizer medicines, aiming to optimize engagement and reach of scientific information with healthcare professionals. This is a temporary, part-time position from Monday to Friday.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Medical Omnichannel Specialist will support the local medical channel content strategies (e.g., Oncology, Primary Care, Specialty Care, Vaccines) to enhance the dissemination of Pfizer’s scientific data. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with service requests for emailing, Canvas, and project tracking.
  • Supporting LinkedIn posts and the Medical Website.
  • Extracting channel metrics and maintaining activity report trackers.
  • Supporting the team in the content approval process.
  • Adapting global/US content for Spain, including disclaimers and compliance, using Adobe Express.
  • Supporting medical reviews to ensure timely approval and content posting on appropriate channels.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical sector, with experience in Omnichannel being desirable.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and use initiative.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and multitasking.
  • Ability to interpret data effectively.
