Et al. is a medical marketing service provider to top pharma industry. We work at national and international level.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

This role involves leadership. You will be responsible for the project management and execution of medical marketing projects. You will be leading the contact with customers on a regular basis, establishing a trustable and durable relationship.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Liaising with customers on medical marketing projects of different sorts
• Medical writing and/or supervising
• Writing proposals and presentations
• Leading internal and external teammates

ABOUT YOU :

We are looking for a passionate professional that has developed their career either in the pharma industry, in health agencies, or medical marketing consultancies with sufficient knowledge of the Spanish Pharma market.

You are scientific, rigorous-minded yet have a tendency towards creativity.

You need to be ambitious and have professional pride. If you are a self-starter with loads of initiative, an innovative and creative mind, with a proactive and solutions-seeker approach, able to adapt fast in a dynamic ever-changing environment, this is a perfect role for you!

To be successful in this role you will need strong interpersonal skills and a very strong scientific background. You need a PhD or similar. You need experience in writing scientific documentation of different sorts.

• A PhD in life science related fields: EXCELLENT writing skills
• A sufficient knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
• To be digitally literate and agile.
• Fluency in English.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Doctorate in Health Sciences
• Minimum experience of 5 to 10 years
• Availability to travel 20% of the working time
