We are seeking a Medical Information Specialist fluent in Spanish and English to join our team in Sevilla, working US hours (2:00 PM - 2:00 AM CET, Monday to Friday).

The role involves responding to medical and product information requests, managing adverse event reports, and medical writing. The position is home-based, with a preference for candidates in Spain, Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, or Germany, and requires legal eligibility to work in the EU or UK.

Responsibilities

• Translate and respond to medical inquiries in English and Spanish via phone or written communication.
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate medical literature and develop responses for healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with other departments for quality-related issues.
• Participate in miscellaneous projects, including research and training support.
• Perform medical writing and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field; Pharma D or MSc preferred.
• Strong clinical background with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English (C1 level) and native Spanish.
• Experience in medical information, pharmaceutical industry, or clinical settings is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical information systems.
