Position Summary :
As a Data Privacy Technology Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's data and privacy while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with our legal teams, business stakeholders, and IT professionals around the world to implement innovative technologies and practices that protect sensitive information and uphold our commitment to data privacy.
What you’ll do
Data and Privacy Technology Strategy : Contribute and support in the execution of a comprehensive data and privacy technology strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
Collaboration with Legal Teams : Work closely with Group Legal and local legal teams to understand and interpret data protection laws, regulations, and privacy requirements. Ensure that the technology solutions comply with these legal obligations and provide support during audits or investigations.
Business and IT Partnership : Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand their data processing requirements and privacy concerns. Collaborate with them to design and implement appropriate technology solutions that address their needs while safeguarding data privacy.
Privacy by Design : Promote the concept of privacy by design across the organization. Integrate privacy considerations into the development lifecycle of new products, features, and technologies.
Risk Assessments : Support on regular risk assessments, monitoring, and privacy impact assessments (PIAs) on existing and new technologies to identify potential privacy risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Vendor Management : Evaluate the privacy and data protection practices of third-party vendors and service providers and ensure that they adhere to the organization's data protection standards.
Training and Awareness : Develop and deliver privacy training programs for employees to raise awareness and promote a privacy-conscious culture throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications :
Effectively communicates in English and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
More than 5 years of experience in the relevant area of expertise.
Proven experience in leading data and privacy technology initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
Hands-on experience working with Consent Management Platforms.
Experience of successfully leading implementations of Consent Management Platforms.
Knowledge of MarTech and AdTech ecosystems.
Knowledge of data protection laws, regulations, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
Strong knowledge of the impact of regulatory requirements on our data strategy.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal, business, and IT teams.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
Willingness to learn and be involved in discussions or forums about a fast-changing data privacy landscape.
Deep understanding of the OneTrust ecosystem, specifically their Marketing and Web Compliance Tools.
Knowledge about how tag management systems work.
