Genea Biomedx Pty is seeking a Software & Hardware Field Service Engineer based in Spain. You will install, commission, and support medical devices across Europe, interfacing with European customers and the R&D team in China.

Role requires strong software (C++, Qt/QML) and hardware skills, familiarity with Windows/Linux, and ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Fluency in Chinese and English is required; Spanish is preferred. Travel throughout Europe is expected.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree or above in CS, software, electronics, automation, or related field.
5+ years in software, medical devices, automation equipment, or related technical field.
Proficiency in C++ and Qt/QML on Windows/Linux.
Willingness to travel across Spain and Europe.
Fluent in English and Chinese; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

Install, commission, and provide field technical support for medical devices in Spain and Europe.
Develop and maintain medical device software on Windows/Linux using C++/Qt/QML.
Lead or support system integration between software and hardware components.
Serve as technical interface between European customers/field teams and R&D in China.
Prepare technical documentation and support upgrades, CAPA activities, and investigations.
