Masimo is seeking a field-based Sales Specialist to cover Catalonia and the Balearic Islands. You will drive adoption of Masimo pulse-oximetry and related monitoring solutions, and present value to physicians and hospital procurement teams.

With 5+ years in medical device sales and a strong clinical background, you will partner with distributors and OEMs, manage strategic accounts, and travel extensively across the region. Fluent Spanish and Catalan with good English are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling disposable medical devices.
• Strong clinical background and hospital sales track record.
• Ability to communicate value-based solutions to physicians and hospital admins.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Masimo’s products, solutions and OEM devices in the assigned region (Catalonia & Balearic Islands).
• Plan and execute strategies to convert hospital accounts to Masimo products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations with physicians and hospital decision-makers (biomedical engineers, purchasing).
• Collaborate with distributors and OEM sales to implement sales strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to upper management; participate in hospital bid tenders.
