The role
In this role, you will provide valuable clinical support to our team, assisting with various tasks that require your medical expertise. You will help ensure the quality of the healthcare service provided to our patients.
You will:
- Deeply understand our healthcare professionals, who are located in more than 40 countries
- Understand how our services work and familiarize yourself with our user interfaces
- Manage relationships with healthcare professionals to positively impact user experience
- Monitor the company's performance against SLAs
Objectives
Your primary objectives include:
- Providing clinical expertise and guidance on tasks requiring medical knowledge
- Collaborating to enhance the quality and efficiency of our telemedicine services
- Proposing process improvements, technological advancements, or workflow streamlining to optimize satisfaction for patients and professionals
Tasks
- Ensure smooth operation of telemedicine services leveraging your clinical expertise
- Create and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist in developing and implementing telemedicine protocols and workflows
- Support administrative tasks requiring medical knowledge
- Assess service quality by analyzing data and metrics
- Identify trends and areas for improvement based on quality assessments
- Build, analyze, and present reports
- Participate in launching services in new markets
- Propose improvements to internal processes at any stage
Requirements
You are available for a part-time hybrid role based in Barcelona (20 hours/week).

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare-focused role (e.g., practice medicine, telemedicine, medical recruitment, network management, sales, medical affairs, healthcare communications, startups, clinical trials, pharmaceutical companies)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively
- Proven relationship management skills with diverse healthcare professionals
- Fluent in English (additional languages like German or Mandarin are advantageous)
- Competent in using spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing software
