Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en medicina clínica o industria farmacéutica.

About Olistic

The position

We’re looking for a driven Medical Advisor to lead key clinical initiatives, support scientific excellence, and strengthen our research footprint.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drives the planning of new clinical trials, including study synopsis, endpoint selection, and selection of CRO, in alignment with Medical Director.
2. Main contact and manages relationships with (international) clinical trial CROs and ensures all timelines are met.
3. Provides scientific input for the preparation and/or review of any documents needed for study ethics and health authority submission, including drafting a response to any allegations received.
4. Executes the study publication plan, driving the development of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for publication.
5. Identifies opportunities to drive recognition of scientific standard at Olistic including upcoming clinical trial milestones, scientific publications, conference presentations, etc.
6. Writes publications of Olistic studies and/or related topics for scientific journals and ensures completion as per aligned timelines.
7. Stays up-to-date with new clinical trial data in the hair/nutraceutical space.
8. Performs final reviews of medical content for DTC, B2B and Commercial functions, in alignment with Medical Advisor colleague.
9. Answers medical/science-based questions from customer service or related functions.

We are looking for

1. Post-graduate degree in Life Sciences with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Fluent in Spanish & English (business proficiency).
3. Relevant professional experience within clinical medicine, the pharmaceutical industry, a regulatory agency and/or an academic group carrying out clinical trials.
4. Experienced in managing clinical trials & CROs.
5. Experience in publication planning and medical writing experience (abstracts, manuscripts, posters, presentations). Capable of writing accurate, concise and appropriate content for various audiences, including lay audience.
6. Expertise in statistical calculations and analysis applied to clinical research is a plus.
7. High intrinsic motivation with positive, proactive work attitude.
8. Ability to multitask and manage continuously changing priorities to meet deadlines.
9. Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional - super dynamic – team.
