An international project consortium is seeking a Media/Social Media Expert to support an EU funded project in Spain. The role involves enhancing democratic processes, improving electoral frameworks, and monitoring media during elections. Candidates must possess a Master’s in relevant fields or have over 5 years of experience in communication or law. The contract is set to start in January 2026 and will last for four years.

Overview

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

Responsibilities

• strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
• contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
• improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
• inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

Duration

The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s in communication/law/politics/IR or 5+ years relevant experience.

General experience

• Cat. I: 10+ years / Cat. II: 5+ years in election-related or communication fields.

Specific experience

• Experience in media monitoring during elections.
