We are looking for a Media Manager with at least 10 years of experiencience in leading the strategy and execution of 360° media plans for a diverse brand portfolio. This role blends analytical rigor, creative innovation, and negotiation expertise to deliver high-impact campaigns across Grocery and Specialized channels (pet shops and veterinary clinics).

You’ll oversee everything from audience strategies using first-party data to AI-driven solutions for programmatic buying and creative optimization.

Retail media will be a key focus, along with balancing awareness and conversion KPIs like lead generation and traffic to online and offline stores. It is essential that you have worked on driving digital business growth from a Media perspective. Preferably, you have experience on the client side managing these topics, not only in an agency.

Success in this role also requires a deep understanding of media negotiation and execution dynamics in Spain, France, Italy, and the UK, including local market trends, key players, and consumer behaviors. This knowledge will be essential for managing multi-market campaigns effectively and maximizing impact across different regions.

What you will do

  • Develop integrated media strategies across TV, digital, and retail media, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Master mobile-first creative approaches, optimizing native formats and placements on each platform for maximum impact.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt plans to maintain competitive leadership.

Audience Management & Data-Driven Targeting

  • Build precise audience strategies using first-party data to enhance relevance and minimize overlap.
  • Leverage insights for personalized targeting and cross-channel optimization.

Negotiation & Media Buying

  • Negotiate with media partners to secure the best value while maintaining quality, reach, and effectiveness.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Meta, Google, and other key platforms to unlock strategic opportunities.
  • Implement AI-powered solutions for creative personalization, programmatic bidding, and media optimization.
  • Explore emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in campaign execution.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a bridge between brand communication teams and creative agencies, ensuring seamless media integration.
  • Foster a strong, results-driven partnership with the media agency, treating them as an extension of the internal team.

Media Tracking & Performance Optimization

  • Manage full-funnel KPIs, from upper-funnel awareness to lower-funnel metrics like lead capture, driving traffic to online and offline stores, and boosting online sales.
  • Conduct regular media reviews across countries and brands to optimize strategies.
  • Lead monthly competitive analysis, providing insights across markets.
  • Adjust plans based on sales performance and brand health indicators, in alignment with the business team.
  • Mentor and develop a team of media specialists, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.

  • Ability to balance awareness and performance KPIs, ensuring success at every funnel stage.

  • Experience integrating AI-driven tools for bidding strategies and creative personalization.
  • Passion for exploring emerging media channels and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Strong ability to align multiple stakeholders, from creative teams to media agencies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
