What You’ll Do :
Strategically manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to maximize ROAS
Upload, test, and scale ads while adjusting budgets based on real-time performance
Analyze and report daily performance metrics, track MoM trends, and maintain the P&L
Evaluate ad creative performance and provide actionable insights to the creative team
Work closely with the creative strategist to refine ad angles and messaging
Stay up to date with platform updates but prioritize creative over media buying hacks
Who You Are :
Proven experience running Meta ads for DTC eCommerce brands using Triple Whale
Highly analytical and detail-oriented —you break down numbers into clear, actionable strategies
Strong communication skills —able to translate data into creative recommendations
Fast executor , comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (including occasional weekends)
Basic understanding of creative strategy —no need to design, but you should know what converts
Humble and coachable —willing to learn our system and gradually take ownership of media buying decisions
Not focused on "hacks" —you understand that success comes from data-driven creative strategy
Bonus Points :
Experience running ads on Google, TikTok, Snapchat, or AppLovin
Worked with DTC health & wellness eCommerce brands
Ability to write compelling direct response ad copy
