Overview

As an Account Manager within our Client Services department you will have to apply your extensive knowledge in strategy, planning and all media campaigns across all media channels, both digital and offline. You will provide service to a multi-brand team with an international scope, enhancing brand visibility and results.

Responsibilities

How you’d spend your day:

  1. Establishing a direct relationship with the client's marketing team, both with the global media team and the marketing team of the products of their responsibility.
  2. Developing an overall strategy as well as media rationales.
  3. Setting an optimal application of strategic lines.
  4. Coordinating global level of all the brand´s series of products.
  5. Coordinating with the Planning Unit for the development and purchase of media campaigns.
  6. Coordinating the different disciplines of a communication plan and giving a holistic vision to the client.
  7. Estimating needs and characteristics required for the defined objectives.
  8. Monitoring and evaluating the objectives.
  9. Handling budgetary control of your brands and coordination/approval of billing.
  10. Suggesting proposals for improvement.
  11. Managing all market sources.
  12. Contacting the media.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, or Economics and around 4-6 years of experience managing clients, meaning you will show a clear client orientation.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience as a manager, preferably in international accounts.
  3. Multimedia capacity, high media planning knowledge, both digital and offline.
  4. Proficiency in English (B2 or above), as you will liaise with international clients.
  5. Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
