Formación

Descripción del empleo

MISSION:

The main objective of the Mechanical Supervisor is to provide technical expertise, especially in mechanical aspects, during the installation, assembly, and commissioning phases of the wind farm.

My Tasks
  • Assist the Site Manager in managing and coordinating the construction of wind farms.
  • Lead planning meetings and oversee task execution with subcontractors.
  • Update work progress tracking for each process.
  • Report changes in daily planning.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to prevent interference or overlaps.
  • Conduct visual inspections of tools and tooling.
  • Ensure correct execution of assembly tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Implement proposed or validated changes from the change management process.
  • Perform economic valuation of costs incurred due to deviations.
  • Ensure all personnel and subcontractors adhere to security requirements.
Your Profile
  • Technical engineering degree in electrical or mechanical fields.

  • Valid driving license.
