We are seeking candidates for the position of Mechanical Equipment Leader, with at least 15 years of experience in machinery and equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, boilers, condensers, compressors, and pumps, suitable for work in multicultural power generation projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop activities related to design, selection, documentation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment, ensuring QA/QC and HSE compliance.
• Provide guidelines, advice, motivation, and organize manpower, scheduling activities, and ensuring quality, timely delivery, and resource optimization.
• Foster a positive environment among engineering disciplines, project teams, vendors, and the Mechanical Department for project success.

Qualifications and desired attributes:
