We’re Hiring : Airgun Assembly & Maintenance Technician

Wolfiek Group is an emerging e-commerce company specializing in the sale and distribution of premium brands worldwide. Based in Poblenou, Barcelona, near Marina / Bogatell metro stations, our team has grown to 26 professionals, and we are looking for a skilled specialist to join our expanding operations.

The Role

We are seeking a technician with expertise in precision mechanics, assembly, and maintenance of airguns. The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and ensuring the quality of our air rifles before they reach customers.

Responsibilities

1. Assemble and fine-tune air rifles according to technical specifications and quality standards.
2. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, handling customer warranty cases when needed.
3. Maintain an organized and clean workshop, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
4. Perform functional tests and inspections to guarantee high product quality.

Who We’re Looking For

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

1. Airgun, airsoft, or paintball assembly and maintenance.
2. Gunsmithing in security forces, military, or specialized workshops.
3. Repair of pneumatic tools or pressurized devices.
4. Competitive shooting sports with experience in firearm maintenance.

Key Skills

1. Strong attention to detail and precision.
2. Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges.
3. Proficiency with mechanical and hand tools.
4. Spanish and/or English communication skills.
5. Knowledge of physics and applied mechanics (a plus).
