AVL Iberica offers a job in Spain (ES) as

Mechanical Engineer

Offers a full-time position as a mechanical engineer to design mechanical equipment and coordinate their manufacture with suppliers within innovative turnkey projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Design systems using mechanical CAD (SolidWorks)
  2. Analyze specifications
  3. Perform small structural calculations or simulations
  4. Coordinate with other departments
  5. Prepare technical specifications for supplier contracting following quality standards
  6. Visit customer and supplier facilities
  7. Monitor projects
  8. Report on project progress

YOUR PROFILE :

Mandatory :

  • Positive attitude, teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and capacity for innovation
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA / SolidWorks)
  • Experience in mechanical design
  • Basic knowledge of facilities, fluids, and electricity
  • Spanish language skills (minimum B2 level)

Desired :

  • Knowledge of mechanical simulations (ANSYS, etc.)
  • SolidWorks PDMP knowledge
  • SAP experience
  • Basic understanding of EU security regulations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
