Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop IC packages, sockets, and high-speed optical connectors.
- Create and refine optical measurement setups for precise lab testing.
- Conduct thermal, mechanical, and tolerance analysis to ensure reliability and manufacturability.
- Oversee prototyping using 3D printing and CNC machining for rapid iteration.
- Collaborate with electronics, optical, and RF engineers to integrate mechanical designs seamlessly.
Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor, optical, or high-speed electronics industries.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk Fusion 360, Inventor, or similar).
- Strong background in thermal management, mechanical stress, and tolerance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and precision measurement tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with optical systems and high-speed data transmission hardware.
- Knowledge of FEA simulations, EMI shielding, and mechanical reliability testing.
