Job Description
Scientific Products, an ATS Life Sciences company, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
Main Objectives
- Generation and control of the mechanical aspects of projects
- Mechanical design and development
- Coordination with other departments
- Ensuring project objectives are met
- Planning and monitoring
- Manufacturing of parts and ensuring timely delivery
- Assembly supervision and incident resolution
- Adherence to established rules and protocols
Main Tasks
- Managing project documentation
- Planning, technical specifications, and critical dates management
- Creating and reviewing FDS (Functional Design Specification) and URS (User Requirement Specification)
- Mechanical design and interdepartmental project coordination
- Procurement and project management
- Electrical and programming support
- Supporting production and mechanical support engineers
- Developing work protocols and machine technical studies
- Comparative studies and creating machine layouts
Requirements and Education
- Proficiency in 3D design software (Solid Edge ST10) and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of MS Project and office software
- Decision-making skills and teamwork ability
- Strong team management skills
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in machinery packaging design, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- English proficiency at B2 level
